Fusion's Assembly Cells

We have built high quality Assembly Cells for several different types of materials and industries. Assembly Cells can designed with multiple options to best meet the needs of your application. Some of the options include screw driving, clip insertion, trimming, vision verification, part marking, welding and material handling. The Assembly Cell shown in the photo is for an F150 grill. It has clip tooling with verification of complete clip at each location, vision on the robot, as well as vision on the load side, part marking, bar code scanner, and torque driving units. This Assembly Cell is integrated into an on-demand system that will communicate which part is needed to be built. This grill has over 100 different combinations.
